Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Schedule meetings/site visits for interested customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Maintain a qualified and positive relationship with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Confident and polite communication style.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM/WhatsApp.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers can apply; telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage

Pay: ₹8,600.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
