About the Opportunity

DigitalWall.ai is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Marketing & Customer Support Interns. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in marketing, customer engagement, and business development.

Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Support marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach.
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer queries and provide timely support.
- Assist in preparing marketing content, follow-up communications, and customer engagement materials.
- Maintain customer records and support day-to-day marketing and customer support operations.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals.

Skills & Qualifications

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills in English and at least one native language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.




- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and digital communication tools.
- Freshers are welcome; candidates with relevant experience will have an added advantage.

- Monthly stipend of ₹10,000–₹15,000 during the internship.

Internship Details

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
