*Job Title:* Accountant

*Reporting To:* General Manager / Finance Manager

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a skilled Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. Manage all accounting transactions and day-to-day bookkeeping.

2. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

3. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.

4. Ensure timely bank payments and bank reconciliation.

5. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

6. Prepare GST, TDS returns and coordinate with CA for tax filing.

7. Audit financial transactions and documents.

8. Handle OTA reconciliations (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo etc.).

9. Maintain Petty Cash and daily sales reports (DSR).

10.



Check and verify all vendor bills, staff advances, and payroll.

11. Report on the company's financial health and liquidity.

12. Comply with financial policies and regulations.

*Skills & Requirements:*

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred)

- Proven experience as an Accountant (Hotel industry preferred)

- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

- Good attention to detail and confidentiality

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience

*Salary:* As per industry standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
