Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to assist customers, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their needs.
- Maintain product displays and store presentation.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and available options.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer preferences.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams.
- Assist with stock checking and product availability.
Requirements
- Communication Skills:
Must be proficient in Tamil and either English or Hindi.
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.
- Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Salary & Perks
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000, based on skills and experience.
