Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Production & Motion Designer to join our creative team as a contract resource. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital and eCommerce design, along with demonstrated hands-on expertise in 2D animation, 3D animation, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX design, and image production.

This role will create high-quality visual assets across web, email, social media, digital advertising, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and video channels. The designer must translate creative briefs and business requirements into polished, brand-consistent deliverables while independently managing multiple assignments and incorporating stakeholder feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and produce engaging creative assets for eCommerce websites, promotional campaigns, website and mobile banners, email and content-email banners, social media, digital advertisements, landing pages, campaign pages, direct mail, and related collateral.
- Create original 2D and 3D animations for marketing campaigns, product storytelling, social media, explainer content, and other digital experiences.
- Develop motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, visual effects, GIFs, and other animated assets.
- Edit and assemble video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and enhance deliverables with motion graphics and effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Create UI layouts, wireframes, responsive page designs, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Adapt approved concepts into multiple sizes, formats, screen placements,



and channel-specific versions.
- Edit, retouch, color-correct, crop, resize, and enhance product and lifestyle images for digital use.
- Maintain visual consistency by following applicable brand guidelines, design systems, typography, color, and layout standards.
- Interpret creative briefs, copy direction, reference materials, and stakeholder requirements to develop effective visual solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, product, content, and other cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design and review process.
- Incorporate feedback accurately and complete revisions through final approval.
- Perform quality-control reviews to identify visual, brand, layout, sizing, resolution, and content inconsistencies before delivery.
- Organize working files, source assets, design versions, and final deliverables using clear and consistent file-management practices.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, communicate risks or dependencies early, and meet agreed production deadlines.
- Work independently while remaining responsive, collaborative, and open to creative direction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience in production design, graphic design, motion design, animation,



digital design, or a closely related creative role.
- Demonstrated hands-on professional experience creating both 2D animation and 3D animation.
- Robust portfolio demonstrating digital design, motion graphics, animation, video editing, and marketing or eCommerce creative production.
- Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, visual hierarchy, layout, branding, and motion-design principles.
- Experience designing responsive desktop and mobile environments.
- Experience creating assets for websites, email, social media, digital advertising, and landing pages.
- Strong image-editing, photo-retouching, and visual-compositing capabilities.
- Ability to translate business and creative requirements into explicit, engaging visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished work.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within fast-moving production timelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with creative and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Explicit verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
