Position : HR Manager

1. Payroll Management

- - Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
- - Verify attendance, leave, overtime, salary revisions, incentives, and deductions.
- - Prepare salary slips, payroll reports, and full & final settlements.

2. Statutory Compliance

- - Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Qualified Tax, and applicable labour laws.
- - Handle PF/ESI registrations, monthly ECR preparation, and statutory records.
- - Maintain compliance documentation and coordinate statutory audits.

3. End-to-End Recruitment & Onboarding

- - Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and selection.
- - Coordinate candidate assessments, salary negotiations, and offer letters.
- - Handle joining formalities, document verification, employee induction, and onboarding.

4. Employee Grievance Handling

- - Address employee concerns, complaints, and workplace conflicts.
- - Conduct grievance investigations and coordinate appropriate resolutions.




- - Promote positive employee relations and maintain confidentiality.

5. End-to-End HR Operations

- - Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- - Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience certificates, and other HR correspondence.
- - Handle employee lifecycle activities, including confirmation, transfers, separation, and exit formalities.
- - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- - Maintain HR MIS reports and support management in HR-related decisions.

6. Employee Engagement & Performance Management

- - Coordinate performance appraisals and employee engagement activities.
- - Ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

- Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Human resources management: 4 years (Preferred)
