About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Dental Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to generate qualified sales leads by connecting with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and dental distributors to expand ORACURA’s customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified sales leads from dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, and dental distributors.
- Identify and research potential customers through online platforms, databases, social media, and industry networks.
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain a database of dentists, dental clinics, and potential business partners.
- Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and coordinate with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.
- Execute lead-generation campaigns and support promotional activities for dental products.
- Maintain daily lead records, follow-up status, and conversion reports in CRM or Google Sheets.




- Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Research competitors and identify new opportunities in the dental market.

Requirements

- Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of lead generation, sales, or digital marketing.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with potential customers.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, medical devices, or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of dentists and clinics contacted.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Lead-to-sales conversion rate.
- Accuracy and maintenance of the lead database.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
