We are expanding across the Marathwada region and seeking dedicated Teachers to deliver our student development programs from our CSN office.

Key Responsibilities

- Teaching & Instruction
- Teach QSS student development programs including 16 Thinking Caps, 16 Soft Skills, QSS Brain Gym, Talent Boot Camp, and other subjects as assigned.
- Conduct engaging online and offline sessions for students of standards 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments aligned with QSS curriculum.
- Student Engagement & Mentoring
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Motivate students to participate actively and develop life skills.
- Provide individual attention and mentorship to students as needed.
- Assessment & Feedback
- Evaluate student progress through quizzes, assignments, and activities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.




- Maintain records of student attendance and performance.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with QSS head office for curriculum updates and training.
- Participate in teacher training programs conducted by QSS.
- Submit regular reports on student progress and session feedback.
- Parent Communication
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.
- Address parent queries and concerns professionally.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 1–4 years of teaching experience; experience in coaching or EdTech preferred.
- Subjects: Ability to teach multiple subjects (all subjects) for standards 6, 7, 8, 9, and 11.
- Language: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Proficiency in online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet).
- Attitude: Patient, passionate about teaching, and committed to student success.
