We are looking for a technically sound and detail-oriented Technical Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for engineering materials, industrial components, and technical equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mechanical/electrical components, vendor management, and cost-effective purchasing practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of technical materials, engineering components, tools, machinery, and industrial equipment.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Prepare and review RFQs, quotations, comparative statements, and purchase orders.
- Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive pricing, quality products, and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the Engineering, Production, Stores, and Accounts departments to understand material requirements.
- Verify technical specifications, drawings, and material descriptions before placing orders.
- Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and material quality.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.




- Ensure materials are procured in accordance with company requirements and approved budgets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical qualification.
- Experience: 1–4 years of experience in technical purchasing or procurement, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing company.
- Positive knowledge of industrial materials, engineering components, and technical specifications.
- Experience in vendor development, price negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and purchase documentation.
- Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in industrial procurement, mechanical components, fabrication materials, electrical items, or machinery parts will be preferred.
- Should be proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple procurement requirements.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
