Position: PGT/TGT Biology
Location: R.K. International School, Nabahi-Sarkaghat, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated Biology Teacher who can inspire students to explore the fascinating world of life sciences and develop a strong conceptual foundation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop students’ conceptual understanding through experiments, practical activities and experiential learning.
- Conduct and supervise Biology laboratory work while ensuring safety protocols.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, worksheets and learning resources.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for CBSE Board examinations, NEET and other competitive examinations, as applicable.
- Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, observation and problem-solving skills.




- Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to departmental planning.
- Participate actively in school events, projects, exhibitions and co-curricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.

Eligibility & Skills

- Postgraduate degree in Biology/Life Sciences with B.Ed. preferred/required as per applicable norms.
- Solid knowledge of CBSE Biology curriculum and pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to make complex biological concepts simple and engaging.
- Practical laboratory skills and an aptitude for activity-based learning.
- Experience in CBSE/NEET-oriented teaching will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
