We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to grow Pushpendra Studio’s online presence and generate business enquiries through engaging content, paid advertising and creative campaigns.

During the initial phase, you will independently manage the studio’s day-to-day digital marketing activities—from content planning and publishing to running ads, handling enquiries and tracking results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social media platforms.
- Plan and publish reels, posts, stories, portfolios, behind-the-scenes content and promotional campaigns.
- Run and optimise Facebook and Instagram ads to generate qualified leads, WhatsApp enquiries and studio bookings.
- Manage advertising budgets and track campaign performance, cost per lead and conversions.
- Use AI tools for content ideas, captions, scripts, creative development and faster execution.
- Create graphics using Canva and edit reels or short videos using suitable editing tools.
- Coordinate with photographers, models, editors and the studio team for content creation.
- Respond to comments, DMs and initial enquiries; maintain lead records and coordinate follow-ups.
- Research competitors, trends, collaborations and recent opportunities for business growth.
- Share weekly reports covering content performance, ad spend, enquiries and bookings.

Required Skills and Experience





- 1–3 years of practical experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, targeting, lead generation and campaign optimisation.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
- Ability to use Canva and basic video-editing tools.
- Good copywriting and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Understanding of how marketing activities contribute to sales and business growth.
- Ability to take ownership, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks independently.
- Google Ads experience is an added advantage.
- Experience with photography, fashion, lifestyle, beauty or creative brands is preferred.
