Job Title: General Manager – Boutique Hotel

About Us:
The Lake Kingdom is a boutique hotel in Udaipur, blending luxury, traditional Mewar architecture, and personalised hospitality. We are looking for an experienced and proactive General Manager to oversee daily operations and help establish high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage and supervise staff, including housekeeping and front office.
- Handle guest relations, complaints, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, OTA listings, and revenue performance.
- Implement SOPs, maintain quality standards, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, expenses, and daily financial reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance, vendor management, and staff training.




- Work directly with the owner to improve profitability and overall hotel performance.

Requirements:

- 4–8 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a hotel management or supervisory role.
- Experience in boutique hotels, resorts, or heritage properties is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of OTA platforms, hotel management systems, revenue management, and cost control.
- High standards of professionalism, accountability, and guest service.

Ideal Candidate: Someone proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing hotel operations while maintaining excellent hospitality standards.
