Job Overview:-

Global Properties – Maple High Street is looking for an experienced, active, and result-oriented Civil Engineer with strong expertise in civil construction, interior and exterior works, and project execution. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage site teams and contractors, and a strong commitment to completing projects within निर्धारित timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Supervise and manage all civil works, including interior and exterior construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance.
- Oversee flooring, plastering, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, masonry, finishing, and other civil-related activities.
- Monitor ongoing civil projects and ensure timely completion as per approved schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams, architects, and management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved specifications.
- Prepare work schedules, track progress, and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Manage material requirements, wastage control, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.




- Identify defects, maintenance issues, and structural or finishing-related problems and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain daily progress reports, measurements, work records, and contractor bills.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure work is completed within the approved budget and deadline.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, interior and exterior works.
- Robust knowledge of commercial buildings, malls, renovation, finishing, and maintenance work.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage contractors, labourers, and multiple work activities simultaneously.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, energetic, disciplined, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to ensure timely project delivery without compromising on quality.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

We are looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer who is active on-site, takes initiative, manages teams effectively, and ensures that all assigned civil works are completed on time with proper quality and finishing.
