Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Project Manager (Civil) to oversee infrastructure projects across the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, monitoring, resource management, quality control, safety compliance, and timely project completion within the approved budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise multiple civil construction projects across the assigned region.
- Oversee project planning, execution, progress monitoring, and timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, material utilization, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Review project schedules, site progress reports, and performance metrics.
- Lead Project Managers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and other site personnel.
- Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.




- Ensure proper documentation, billing, measurement records, and progress reporting.
- Conduct PAN INDIA site visits and report project status to senior management.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 18–20 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and multiple project sites.
- Willingness to travel across project locations as required.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
