Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, and periodic

forecasts.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and MIS.

Perform budget vs. actual analysis and investigate key variances.

Support management with financial analysis, business performance tracking,

and actionable insights.

Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).

Assist in revenue, cost, profitability, and cash flow analysis.

Maintain and update financial models, forecasts, and planning templates.

Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business teams to gather

and validate financial data.

Support scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and what-if modelling for

business planning.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reports.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within

financial planning and reporting.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration,

or a related field.

CA/CMA/CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA (Finance) candidates may be preferred,

depending on the organization's required.

Required Skills & Competencies

Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial

analysis.

Ability to interpret financial data and translate it into meaningful business

insights.

Effectiveness of variance and financial analysis.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
