Job Description:
- Handle purchasing and procurement of ELV and IT infrastructure materials.
- Source vendors, compare quotations, and negotiate prices.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with project and technical teams regarding material requirements.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase reports, and documentation.
- Procure materials such as CCTV, access control systems, networking equipment, switches, routers, and cables.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in ELV and IT infrastructure procurement.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
