Dairy Craft is a cheese making and distributing , well established since 1993. Its consumers include several restaurants, hotels, caterers, and modern retail stores across the country. It currently operates from its supply offices and enjoys a partnership with distributors across the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor briquette-fired boilers to ensure efficient and uninterrupted steam supply.
- Maintain boiler pressure, temperature, water level, and operating parameters within prescribed limits.
- Handle briquette feeding, combustion control, and ash removal safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine boiler inspections and monitor boiler performance.
- Perform boiler water sampling, water treatment, and blowdown operations as required.
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs of boiler fittings, valves, pipes,
and associated equipment.
- Follow all applicable IBR requirements, workplace safety procedures, and emergency protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and valuable housekeeping in the boiler area.
- Class 2 Boiler Operator Certificate – Mandatory.
- Valid IBR Certificate – Mandatory.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
