- Identify and generate current business opportunities in the US market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with US-based clients and prospects.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct client calls, presentations, demos, and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercials and close business opportunities.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and CRM activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Research US market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Management.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience working with the US market.




- Experience in IT Services / Software / Technology / IT Staffing will be preferred.
- Strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM, email campaigns, and lead-generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Comfortable working with US time zones when required.

Preferred Skills

- Existing network of US clients / decision-makers.
- Experience in selling IT services, staffing, software development, cloud, AI/ML, data, cybersecurity, or DevOps solutions.
- Experience in handling enterprise clients.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
