ShftX Tech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations across our e-commerce and quick-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and physical audits.
- Monitor warehouse team productivity, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Track warehouse KPIs, productivity,



and dispatch turnaround time (TAT).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve warehouse efficiency.
- Maintain warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse MIS reports.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

Hands-on experience with Unicommerce and/or EasyEcom WMS.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Experience in e-commerce, quick commerce, FMCG, consumer electronics, or retail operations.
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Good command of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
