Hiring: Shopify E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Shopify E-commerce Executive to manage our D2C e-commerce business. This role is ideal for a fresher who wants to build a career in e-commerce, online business operations and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily Shopify store operations, including products, pricing, inventory and collections.
- Create and optimize product listings, descriptions, images and landing pages.
- Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, RTO and delivery performance.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, courier partners and customer support team.
- Track sales, revenue, conversion rate, AOV and other important business KPIs.
- Assist with Facebook/Instagram Ads, promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and increase sales.
- Coordinate with designers and marketing freelancers for creatives and campaigns.




- Prepare daily and weekly sales and performance reports.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and continuously improve business performance.

Requirements

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Shopify or e-commerce.
- Basic understanding of online shopping, product listings and order management.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Interest in digital marketing, Meta Ads and D2C brands.
- Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work in a fast-growing business.

Freshers with solid learning ability and a proactive attitude are welcome.

Salary & Growth

- Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, based on skills.
- Performance-based salary revision after 3 months.
- Opportunity to grow into a Shopify Business Manager role.
