Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree or a specialised qualification in ESG, Sustainability, Environmental Management, or Corporate Social Responsibility will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in ESG, sustainability, EHS, CSR, compliance, reporting, or a related function is preferred.
- Knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards such as GRI, BRSR, ISSB, and GHG Protocol is desirable, depending on the company's reporting requirements.
- Solid skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and coordination abilities.
- High levels of integrity, accountability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
