The Accessories Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all garment trims and accessories—from sampling and vendor negotiation to warehouse check-in and line-issue—ensuring materials arrive on time, match design standards, and stay within budget.Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Vendor Management:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for trims and accessories (buttons, zippers, snap fasteners, drawstrings, elastic bands, labels, hangtags, polybags, and specialized branding elements).
- Build and maintain a reliable database of local and international vendors.
- Costing & Budgeting:
- Calculate the cost per piece for all accessories in coordination with the merchandising and design teams.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or compliance standards.
- Sampling & Approvals:




- Coordinate with designers and buyers to submit accessory swatches, lab dips, or physical mock-ups for sign-off.
- Ensure all approved trims meet buyer tech-pack specifications.
- Inventory & Store Operations:
- Monitor stock levels of raw accessories to prevent production line stoppages.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
