Job Summary

LRL Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Officer to oversee incoming product inspections, quality control, defect identification, and packing and dispatch quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality inspection, documentation, and maintaining consistent quality standards throughout warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming goods and verify product quality against defined specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure compliance with established quality procedures.
- Identify defective, damaged, or non-conforming products and coordinate their segregation, documentation, and rejection.
- Monitor the complete packing process to ensure correct products, packaging, labelling, and dispatch standards.
- Perform quality checks before products are packed and dispatched.
- Maintain accurate inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, procurement, and dispatch teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Identify recurring defects and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper handling, storage,



and traceability of products.
- Support continuous improvement in quality control and operational processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.
- Experience in incoming material inspection, product verification, and defect management.
- Knowledge of inspection procedures, quality documentation, and rejection handling.
- Experience monitoring packing, labelling, and dispatch quality is preferred.
- Solid observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and enforce quality standards.
- Experience in automotive components, motorcycle accessories, manufacturing, or warehouse quality control will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in product inspection, warehouse quality control, or automotive parts quality assurance are preferred. The candidate should be disciplined, systematic, detail-oriented, and capable of taking responsibility for quality standards from inward receipt to final dispatch.
