Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses at Jetking. The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, lead conversion, admissions, fee collection, and promotional activities to achieve enrollment targets while ensuring an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle telephonic and walk-in enquiries, counsel students and parents, and convert leads into admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
- Conduct home visits to prospective students, wherever required.
- Maintain enquiry records, admission documentation, and installment registers.
- Ensure timely fee collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Issue student identity cards before batch commencement.
- Conduct seminars, presentations, and promotional activities at colleges and institutes.




- Conduct competitor visits and support local marketing and lead-generation activities.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure student satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or a relevant counseling qualification preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years in sales, marketing, educational counseling, or admissions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
