Job Description: Senior Ecommerce Executive – Flipkart

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Ecommerce Executive – Flipkart to manage and optimize end-to-end marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Flipkart marketplace management, with strong expertise in FBF operations, catalog optimization, inventory planning, sales growth, and performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, improving operational efficiency, managing marketplace profitability, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Flipkart marketplace operations, including order processing, returns, inventory control, and catalog management.
- Handle FBF operations, including shipment planning, stock replenishment, inventory monitoring, and warehouse coordination.
- Manage SAFE-T claims, reimbursement cases, and escalations with Flipkart Seller Support.
- Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and backend attributes, to improve product visibility and conversions.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketplace growth initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, advertising spend, product visibility, and key ecommerce KPIs to achieve business targets.
- Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly reports covering sales, returns, profitability (P&L;), inventory, and marketplace performance.
- Conduct detailed return analysis and identify corrective actions to reduce return rates and improve product performance.




- Perform competitor analysis and market research to identify pricing gaps, market trends, and growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse, accounts, catalog, and marketing, to ensure effective operations.
- Identify operational issues, resolve escalations, and implement process improvements.
- Support business planning, sales forecasting, inventory planning, and strategies to improve overall marketplace profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Flipkart marketplace operations.
- Strong knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub, FBF operations, inventory management, and catalog management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookup formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Good understanding of ecommerce KPIs, sales trends, return analysis, advertising performance, and P&L.;
- Experience in pricing optimization, promotional planning, and competitor analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing a large product catalog and multiple SKUs.
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising and performance optimization.
- Experience in sales forecasting, stock planning, and profitability analysis.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven business strategies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
