Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

· Execute daily production as per the approved production planning process

· Supervise the production of Phenyle (all variants), Dishwash Liquid, Toilet Cleaner, Scrub Pad, Attar, Rose Water, Kewra Water, and Mayonnaise.

· Monitor production schedules to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

· Ensure proper cleaning and readiness of production equipment before and after use.

Manpower Management

· Allocate work among production operators and helpers.

· Supervise attendance, shift allocation, and discipline of production workers.

· Train new employees on production processes, and safety practices.

Material Management

· Requisition of raw materials and packaging materials before production.

· Maintain proper material usage and minimize wastage.

· Coordinate with Stores for timely material requisition.

Documentation

· Maintain daily production reports and ERP reports.

· Record batch manufacturing details accurately.

· Maintain machine utilization records and production logs.

· Ensure all production documentation is complete and accurate.

Safety & Hygiene

· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE usage.

· Maintain housekeeping standards in the production area.





· Ensure hygiene practices are followed.

Machine & Equipment

· Monitor machine performance during production.

· Report breakdowns immediately and coordinate with the maintenance team.

· Ensure routine cleaning and preventive maintenance schedules are followed.

Qualification

Graduation in Any Discipline

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing industries.

Computer Knowledge

- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
- Ability to prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software for production entry, material requisition, and inventory coordination will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Manpower handling and team supervision.
- Production planning and target achievement.
- Good coordination with Stores, Quality Control, and Maintenance Departments.
- Solid focus on safety, hygiene, quality, and minimizing material wastage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
