Role Overview
WE ARE HIRING | TEAM LEADER – NAVI MUMBAI & PANVEL
HSI Realty is an institutional real estate channel partner associated with 179+ developers across MMR. We are looking for a target-driven Team Leader to lead our Navi Mumbai and Panvel sales markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train and manage a team of property sales advisors.
- Drive monthly booking targets, site visits and walk-ins.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, CRM updates and team performance.
- Develop strong knowledge of projects, pricing and upcoming launches.
- Build developer relationships and personally drive high-value closures.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of real estate sales experience.
- Proven team-handling and sales-closing ability.
- Strong knowledge of Navi Mumbai and Panvel markets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
