Job Summary

We are looking for a Direct Marketing Executive to promote and market our IT and digital services directly to potential clients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying businesses, approaching decision-makers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable IT solutions, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident in face-to-face communication, comfortable with field visits, target-oriented, and interested in IT sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential business clients through direct/field marketing.
- Visit companies, shops, offices, and other businesses to introduce our IT services.
- Present and explain the company's IT and digital solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Generate new leads through direct meetings, networking, referrals, and local market visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations with interested prospects.
- Follow up with leads and convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal technical team to understand client requirements and prepare suitable solutions.




- Stay updated on the company's services and communicate their benefits effectively.
- Provide regular reports on field activities, leads, meetings, and sales progress.

Requirements

- Any degree or diploma.
- 0–2 years of experience in direct marketing, field sales, business development, or IT sales.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in meeting and communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of IT services is an advantage.
- Ability to negotiate, convince, and build client relationships.
