Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA) Location: Pune – 729 Grams Coffee Roasters Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Associate to welcome guests, manage orders, coordinate with the floor and barista teams, maintain service standards, and ensure an excellent customer experience. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in cafés, QSR, or hospitality preferred. Positive attitude and customer-first approach. Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
