JOB DESCRIPTION – STORE ASSISTANT

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Store Assistant to handle daily store activities, including material receipt, storage, stock maintenance, and material issue to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Receive, verify, and store incoming materials and components.
- Check materials against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain stock registers and update inventory records.
- Issue materials to Production and other departments as per requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Store Incharge.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper material identification, labeling, and storage.
- Maintain housekeeping and follow safety procedures in the store.




- Prepare material inward and outward records.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments.
- Support inventory control and prevent material loss or damage.

Educational Qualification

- Any degree.

Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory management is an advantage.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting.

Salary

- Salary will be based on experience and skills.
- Other benefits as per company policy.

Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners with store experience in a manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
