Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience to join our team in BTM Layout, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in executing performance-driven campaigns across SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. You will play a key role in driving organic search visibility, managing paid ad spend, generating quality leads, and scaling client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and search visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
- Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Paid Advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads):
- Plan, setup, optimize, and scale paid campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)



on Google Ads.
- Design, manage, and A/B test lead generation and conversion campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage daily advertising budgets, target audiences, ad copy creation, and ROI tracking.
- Campaign Analysis & Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to align landing pages, creatives, and messaging with campaign goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing (Agency experience is a solid plus).
- Core Skills: Hands-on expertise in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads is a strict requirement.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data interpretation skills with an ability to optimize campaigns based on performance numbers.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Location: Must be able to work from our office located in BTM Layout, Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
