About the Role
Indo European Study Abroad Consultant is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Counselling Intern. The selected candidate will assist students with their study-abroad queries, understand their requirements, provide initial guidance, and coordinate with the counselling team to facilitate the admission process.
This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in student counselling, communication, and the study-abroad industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with students to understand their study-abroad interests, requirements, and career goals.
- Address students' initial queries regarding international education and study-abroad opportunities.
- Provide relevant information and basic guidance to students based on their requirements.
- Follow up with students and maintain regular communication to ensure a smooth counselling process.
- Identify interested and potential students and schedule meetings with the counsellors.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure timely meetings and follow-ups.
- Assist in resolving students' queries and directing them to the appropriate department when required.
- Maintain accurate student information and communication records in the CRM system.
- Support the counselling team in managing leads and converting interested students into counselling appointments.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to communicate professionally with students and follow up effectively.
Internship Advantages & Career Growth
- Internship Duration: 4 months.
- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000 during the internship period.
- Full-Time Employment Opportunity: Upon successful completion of the 4-month internship, candidates may be considered for a permanent position with the company.
- Expected Salary After Internship: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on the candidate's performance, skills, and overall evaluation.
