Vardhman Finserv is looking for confident and persuasive Telecallers to connect with potential clients, explain Demat and trading account services, and generate leads for account opening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain Demat and trading account perks.
- Convince prospects and generate quality leads.
- Follow up with interested clients and assist with account opening.
- Maintain call records and achieve daily targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in handling customer queries and objections.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales or telecalling experience preferred; freshers can apply.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, with incentives as per company policy.
