Job Overview:

The Chief of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end manufacturing

and operational functions at Ginza Industries Limited. The role focuses on driving operational

excellence, cost efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery across textile manufacturing and processing

operations, while ensuring scalability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead overall plant and manufacturing operations including production, processing, quality, maintenance, and utilities

 Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, productivity improvement, and capacity

utilization.

 Ensure consistent quality standards, process control, and compliance with customer and

statutory requirements.

 Coordinate closely with sales, planning, and supply chain to align production with demand

forecasts.





 Oversee inventory management, wastage control, and working capital efficiency.

 Lead implementation of SOPs, automation, MIS, and continuous improvement initiatives

(Lean / TPM / Six Sigma).

 Build, mentor, and manage plant leadership and operations teams.

 Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and statutory compliance norms.

Skills & Qualifications Required

 18–30 years of experience in textile manufacturing.

 Strong exposure to fabric manufacturing, dyeing, finishing, or integrated textile operations.

 Proven track record of managing large-scale plants and multidisciplinary teams.

 Strong understanding of cost structures, productivity benchmarks, and operational KPIs.

Engineering / Textile degree preferred; MBA / Operations qualification is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
