Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales and business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, connecting with prospects, understanding their business requirements, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales and lead follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and explain Uppreneur’s services and business solutions.
- Schedule meetings and sales discussions with prospective clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain client information, sales records, and follow-up activities in the CRM or company tracking system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead status,



and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting business solutions.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to handle client objections and follow up consistently.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or client acquisition is an advantage.
- Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or real estate sales is an added advantage.
