About the Role

Pankaj & Nidhi, an internationally renowned Indian luxury fashion label, is looking for a creative Fashion Designer – Silhouettes to develop innovative silhouettes across Western ready-to-wear, Indian wear, and occasion wear.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop silhouettes, design concepts, and garment variations.
- Research fashion trends, fabrics, and emerging design movements.
- Work on pattern-making, draping, toiles, sampling, and fit sessions.
- Prepare mood boards, sketches, and design presentations.
- Collaborate with technical, pattern-making, and production teams.
- Ensure quality, fit, and consistency in garment construction.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion design.
- Strong understanding of silhouettes, proportions, and garment construction.
- Knowledge of pattern-making, draping, and fitting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and good sketching skills.
- Fashion Design graduate from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or a similar institute preferred.
- Robust interest in luxury fashion and craft-led design.
