Job Summary
Torc Edu is looking for an experienced 2-Wheeler Technician with strong practical workshop knowledge who is interested in moving into a Technical Trainer role.
The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in motorcycle/scooter servicing, repair, diagnostics and fault finding.
Previous teaching experience is not mandatory. Experienced workshop technicians who can demonstrate procedures clearly and guide students are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on 2-wheeler workshop experience
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle and scooter systems
- Practical servicing, repair and troubleshooting experience
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
- Ability to demonstrate repair procedures to students
- Guide students during practical workshop sessions
- Explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Follow and maintain workshop safety and discipline
- Dealership or reputed multi-brand workshop experience preferred
Experience in engine repair, transmission/CVT, clutch, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, EFI/FI systems, sensors, scan-tool diagnostics and periodic maintenance will be an advantage.
