Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Learning & Development professional to plan and conduct employee training programs, improve service standards, and support staff development across hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify employee training needs across departments.
- Prepare training calendars and learning materials.
- Conduct induction and orientation for new employees.
- Train staff on guest service, grooming, communication, and SOPs.
- Coordinate departmental training with HODs.




- Conduct refresher sessions and service-quality workshops.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance.
- Maintain training attendance and assessment records.
- Support employee development and career progression.
- Prepare training reports for management.
