About the Role

AL-Baik is looking for an experienced and professional Telecaller to handle national and international clients for our B2B franchise business. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential franchise partners, understanding their requirements, explaining franchise opportunities, and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle national and international client calls professionally.
- Communicate with potential clients regarding AL-Baik franchise opportunities.
- Explain franchise business models, opportunities, and basic requirements clearly.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update client and lead data in Google Sheets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Convert potential enquiries into qualified franchise leads.
- Ensure professional and effective communication throughout the client journey.

Requirements

- 3–4 years of experience in telecalling,



B2B sales, customer handling, or business development.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, professional, and presentable personality.
- Good understanding of B2B client communication and sales.
- Ability to communicate with both Indian and international clients.
- Valuable knowledge of Google Sheets and basic computer operations.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to handle franchise-related enquiries professionally.
- Prior experience in franchise sales, B2B sales, or business development will be an added advantage.
