We are looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top technology talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen IT candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Understand technical job requirements and match candidates accordingly.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates.

Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1-3 years of IT recruitment experience (or freshers with strong recruitment skills).

Knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet hiring targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
