About the Role

We are a battery manufacturing company expanding our presence in the Solar & Renewable Energy sector and are looking for an experienced Head – Solar Sales & Marketing to lead and grow our Solar Division.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12+ years of relevant experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Batteries, Inverters, Power Electronics or allied sectors, with proven experience in sales leadership, business development, channel development and team management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall sales and marketing strategy for the Solar Division.
- Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Build and expand dealer and distributor networks across target markets.
- Develop relationships with EPCs, consultants, contractors, institutions, corporates and commercial customers.
- Generate and convert new business and project opportunities.




- Lead institutional, commercial and project sales.
- Identify current geographical markets and develop market expansion strategies.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends and customer requirements.
- Build, manage and motivate the Solar sales team.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance and conduct regular reviews.
- Develop sales forecasts, business plans, MIS and management reports.
- Coordinate with marketing for exhibitions, dealer meets, campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
- Work closely with senior management on revenue growth, product strategy and business expansion.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
