Staff Nurse – ICU / Ward / OPD

Job Summary:
Responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and quality nursing care to patients in ICU, wards, and OPD while maintaining clinical standards and hospital protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients and monitor vital signs and health conditions.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Provide nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and basic procedures.
- ICU: Monitor critically ill patients, maintain ICU equipment, and respond to emergencies.
- Ward: Provide routine patient care, assist doctors, and maintain accurate nursing records.
- OPD: Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and patient assessments.
- Maintain patient records, nursing notes, medication charts, and handover reports.
- Follow infection-control, safety,



and hospital policies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, doctors, and other healthcare staff.
- Handle emergency situations and provide immediate nursing support.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, confidentiality, and professional standards.

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates; relevant ICU/Ward/OPD experience preferred.
Skills: Clinical knowledge, patient care, communication, teamwork, emergency handling, and documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
