We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accessories Manager for our automobile dealership at Chouhan Automobiles LLP (Maruti Suzuki).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete car accessories department and daily operations.
- Drive accessory sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Handle inventory management, stock availability, ordering, and billing.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to maximize accessory sales.
- Promote accessories through upselling and cross-selling to customers.
- Ensure proper installation, quality control, and timely delivery of accessories.
- Monitor team performance and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and track departmental performance.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in automobile accessories sales or dealership operations.
- Previous experience in a car dealership will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of car accessories, fitment, inventory, and sales processes.
- Positive communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage daily operations.
