We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Management Intern to support our supply chain and operational activities. The intern will gain practical experience in inventory management, procurement, order processing, logistics coordination and supplier communication to ensure smooth and timely business operations

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock availability and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Track incoming and outgoing products.
- Identify low-stock items and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Assist in maintaining inventory reports using Excel or company software.
- Procurement and Vendor Coordination
- Assist in sourcing products and identifying potential suppliers.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain vendor records and purchase order documentation.
- Follow up on pending purchase orders and deliveries.
- Order Processing
- Assist in processing customer and retailer orders.
- Verify product details, quantities, and order information.
- Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Track order status and update records.
- Logistics and Transportation
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
- Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines.
- Assist in resolving delays, shortages, and delivery-related issues.
- Maintain dispatch and delivery records.
- Data Management and Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports.
- Maintain records of inventory, procurement, orders, and deliveries.
- Analyse operational data to identify delays, stock issues, and opportunities for improvement.




- Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, finance, procurement, and warehouse teams.
- Assist in resolving supply chain issues and improving operational efficiency.
- Support other supply chain projects as assigned.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of supply chain management and logistics.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

- Willingness to learn inventory and order management software.

Educational Qualifications

- MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Logistics.
- BBA, B.Com or other relevant graduates may also apply.
