A Visa Counselor (or Immigration/Study Abroad Counselor) guides clients through the complex process of obtaining travel, work, student, or permanent residency visas.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation: Assess client profiles, eligibility, and travel or immigration goals via in-person meetings, phone calls, or emails.
- Document Management: Collect, review, and verify passports, financial statements, academic transcripts, and legal paperwork for accuracy.
- Client Tracking: Maintain CRM systems, track application statuses, handle follow-ups, and resolve queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Typically a Bachelor’s degree in any field (or specialized training in international relations or law).
- Knowledge Base: Deep understanding of visa categories, immigration frameworks (such as for Canada, Australia, the UK,



or the US), and institutional requirements.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills to explain technical legal requirements clearly to anxious or first-time applicants.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision to prevent errors in paperwork that could lead to visa rejections.
- Customer Service & Sales: Ability to manage client expectations and—in many commercial consultancies—meet enrollment or conversion targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
