- Manage Accounts Receivable for US healthcare/medical billing accounts.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and patient balances.
- Analyze aging reports and perform timely claim/payment follow-ups.
- Identify and resolve claim denials, underpayments, and billing discrepancies.
- Post and reconcile payments, adjustments, and EOB/ERA transactions.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, providers, and internal billing teams.
- Maintain accurate AR records and meet collection and productivity targets.
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in US healthcare AR/medical billing.
- Knowledge of US insurance, claims, denials, EOB/ERA, and aging.
- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and healthcare billing systems.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
