PROPERTY FLIX INDIA is seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join its growing real estate team. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting residential and commercial property projects, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective lead management and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify prospective property buyers and investors.
- Contact potential clients and understand their property requirements.
- Present property projects, features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Arrange property site visits and coordinate client meetings.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of property deals.
- Maintain accurate customer information, lead records, and sales reports.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development.
