Job Overview

RAWLS Salon is looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Head to lead the Ludhiana outlet and take complete ownership of branch operations, sales, team performance, customer experience, and profitability.

The ideal candidate should be a strong people leader with excellent operational and communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to maintain RAWLS's premium service standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Branch Operations

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the salon.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and services.
- Implement and maintain company SOPs, hygiene standards, and operational protocols.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, maintenance, and overall salon presentation.
- Ensure the branch consistently delivers a premium customer experience.

2. Sales & Revenue

- Take ownership of branch revenue and sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase walk-ins, repeat customers, memberships, and service revenue.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling salon services and products.
- Prepare and review branch performance reports.

3. Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and manage the salon team effectively.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, productivity, and performance.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate with the training/academy team.
- Build a positive, qualified, and performance-driven work culture.

4. Customer Experience

- Ensure every guest receives exceptional and personalized service.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP and regular customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions where required.




- Ensure the salon environment reflects RAWLS's luxury and hospitality standards.

5. Financial & Administrative Management

- Monitor daily collections, billing, discounts, and expenses.
- Ensure proper cash handling and financial controls.
- Control operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with the management and accounts team for financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate branch records and documentation.

6. Marketing & Local Business Development

- Support local marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Build partnerships and corporate/client relationships in Ludhiana.
- Explore opportunities to increase the salon's local visibility and customer base.
- Support membership, referral, and loyalty initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate degree preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in salon, luxury retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or similar service industries.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial/branch leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
- Good understanding of P&L;, revenue, and operational metrics.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional grooming and personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium-service environment.
