Job Summary:
Gridwave Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive who can manage graphic design requirements and social media activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and maintaining brand consistency across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
1.)Graphic Design

- Design creative social media posts, banners, promotional graphics, and marketing materials.
- Create visually appealing designs aligned with the company’s branding and communication requirements.
- Develop creative assets for digital campaigns and company announcements.
- Ensure consistency in design, colours, fonts, and brand identity across all materials.

2.)Social Media Management

- Manage the company’s social media accounts and content calendar.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content.
- Write engaging captions and suggest relevant content ideas.




- Stay updated on social media trends and recommend ideas to improve engagement.
- Monitor basic engagement metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and develop relevant content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic designing and social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and current trends.
- Positive visual design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Basic content writing and caption-writing skills.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
