Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our products or services, follow up on leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain the company’s products and services clearly.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain customer details and call records.
- Schedule appointments and arrange follow-up calls.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.




- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work towards targets.

Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
